We subscribe to service that provides a database of mobile and home phone prefixes. Any non-mobile numbers that are registered will be terminated from service immediately.
Dial 888-557-5821 from your registered mobile phone and wait for the greeting. Then simply enter the speed dial number (#1 or #2) associated with the number you want to call. It's that simple.
Yes, but only in exceptional circumstances. You will need to send a “request number change” that can be found under the Customer Service link on our home page, and the reason you need to change the numbers will be evaluated. If the reason is valid, the change will be made, and you will be notified.
